The following line inside the fail_trigger_effect for HF.12401 is clearly wrong because it was copied from the event HF.12400:
character_event = { id = HF.12400 days = 365 random = 60 } #Check back if you have yet not received a new bird...
There should be HF.12401 instead of HF.12400
