Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
-Randomly generated rulers for barony level titles are NOT all female. This is especially problematic for theocratic vassals.

-All male temple holders become feudal. This leads to all of them now having incorrect holdings and the temple reverting to the liege on succession. Likely because they are now forbidden from having theocratic government. Feudal government is sometimes maintained through succession to daughters, though a return to theocratic is possible. Occurs as a result of conversion or random generation. Inheritance for female lead theocracies seems to work, though all temple holders end up as young women.

-County level republics are listed as having enatic succession, but can have male successors. Possibly always male, I haven't seen one go to a woman yet.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reform religion with Enatic Clans while you have male temple holders or personally held baronies.

Reported internally. It's even worse when starting with an enatic clans religion in an alternate start, all the starting court members are male so none can serve on your council.

There's also no generate male courtier decision like 'present debutante', so you can get a possible marriage/consort candidate. Many new realms generated through warfare will default to agnatic gavelkind succession. Parent-child relationship modifiers are out of wack in enatic realms (children have a +75 opinion of their mothers, nothing for their fathers).

I made a full list of suggestions for trying to improve them before the update came out. Some were implemented, whether from that thread or not, but I think it would be useful to reference it here for completeness sake.

If I remember right, you can't give out the temples to women after inheriting them, and "create vassal" holding decision gives them to men.

You can give them to women directly, that works fine. You actually cannot give them to men directly at all. The 'create vassal' barony decision has a 50% chance to create a women ruler or a male one on temple holdings. However, that might only be for religions that have female and male priests by default, I haven't tested it with other religions yet.

Maybe it was the particular (random) religion I was playing.

Oh great, in the random worlds religions that only allow male temple holders the 'create vassal' decision can potentially spawn a woman who transforms into feudal as well.
