All adventurers are male, regardless of their religion. Enatic clan religions will spawn male adventurers. The events that create adventurers strictly look for men.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Best way to see this is to spawn a random world and give an adventuring religion/culture Enatic clans or Equality.
