There's an elder that has 94 opinion of me but won't vote for my chosen heir. Actually my heir has higher points than the one she's voting for but her vote stays the same.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I think this has happened before on ironman/no mods so just see if it works on any pagan realm with elder succession.
