Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My character the Byzantine Emperor was supposed to be traveling to China and has the kowtow trait and I had been antagonizing the King of Bulgaria.
I should not be able to participate in any duels whilst I'm on kowtow unless the other character also is.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
After I sent the Bulgarian king several insults through the event pop ups, I was then challenged to duel.
