Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Duchy of Vologda (d_yaroslavl) has no De Jure Capital Providence.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game (problem is persist no matter the Bookmark start date) turn on the map overlay to look at De Jure Duchies and look at the tooltips for the counties of the Duchy Yaroslavl, none of them have the tag "Duchy Capital".

I checked all the nonstandard bookmarks like rise of the hansa etc and the problem persist with those as well.

Got another 2 for you.

Duchy of Ohrid has no Capital Providence, not sure the title id since in IronMan this time around, it is located in Kingdom of Epirus.

Duchy of Cephalonia has no Capital Providence, again located in Kingdom of Epirus.

These are quite annoying because it makes all the counts of that duchy assume that they are the rightful ones to claim the title so they all war each other constantly or if the Duchy title has been created they all get opinion malus for thinking they should have it instead since a proper county is not defined.
