Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
2 years after this bug was first reported is still in the game. If you are the dodge in a republic you can designate heir characters that cannot inherit, because they are landed, and the tooltip still shows them as "designated heir of xxxx"while the "real" heir is shown as "heir to the house of xxxx".
I think it would be awesome if this get fixed, it's been 2 years now.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as a patrician. Give one of your sons a barony. Designate him as your heir. He is shown as "designated heir of xxx". It os shown also so in the minor titles tab. But he is not going to inherit, it is going to be someone else.
