Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As Mathilda of Tuscany, the game crashes to desktop when the child is born (probably).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Leave the attached savegame running for about a month, it will crash to desktop.

Got a similar problem, I assume it's the same bug. Playing as Erik the Heathen, game crashes to desktop while my concubine is on the final months of her pregnancy. This happens consistently on the same date whenever I reload the save.
This is actually my second playthrough on the same character. On the first one, the same thing happened. Crash to desktop, always on the same date (but a different one that time).

EDIT: Verifying game cache and disabling all mods resolved the issue.
