Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So every time I try to load my game, it crashes when it attempts to process flags. I have tried deleting the gfx folder, the game is allowed through my firewall, I've tried to reinstall directx and vdist, I've updated my drivers and my .nets, I've done literally every solution I could find online. And the game is still crashing.
