When run through a converter, the new south slavic Carantanian and Bosnian are placed in the East Slavic culture group in EU4. This is a bit of a pain as it makes becoming a cultural union kind of unintuitive.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game in a date where Bosnian and Carantanian both exist, run the converter, and then check what culture group they belong to in EU4.
