As a Hindu, part of the appropriate society, I got the ambition to increase moral authority. Since I was already at max rank and had 3000 spare Devotion, I chose it and immediately converted 3 provinces with my Devotion, but nothing happened.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as Hindu, possibly other religious societies
Advance to max rank
Obtain 3000 devotion
Have less than 30% moral authority, choose the appropriate ambition
Use Convert County on 3 counties
