Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This may or not be a bug but, a lot of holdings, seem to have broken coats of arms their flags are purely black and this is not a one off, it seems to be the most common coat of arms are now purely black. So far it seems Hirsau, Brauwiler Dietz, Brunsbuttel, Celle, Belzig, Doudleby, Veles, Melfi are the ones i have found.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
i started in 1066 start december one, and just clicked on european holdings such as Brandenburg, Bremen.

I'm also seeing this, seems to happen to the randomly generated COAs only.

It also happens to a lot of dynasties. In ALL cases where I checked them with the customizer, these dynasties have an invalid emblem set whereas everything else appears to be valid:


Notice it says 33/31 emblems. I have seen higher numbers as well, the highest I can recall was 46/31.

The shield remains black even if any of the options are changed UNLESS the Style is changed (from Catholic to Cathar etc.). I can then switch back to Catholic (or whatever the original was) and the correct number of emblems will be shown, and the shield will be drawn.

I can only assume something is going wrong during the initial game load that sets these invalid emblems on both dynasties and baronies.
