CKII Maldives Graphical Error

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When on the character selection map for "Custom Game" the Maldives become covered in little black squares when zoomed all the way out.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Go to the "Custom Game" map on any bookmark, zoom out as far as possible, the Maldives should be covered in little black squares.
