Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Crash to desktop with no warnings or errors shown when I click on the "Send" button in the "Call in Succession Support" category on a character that owes me a favor.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Find High Chief Hogne II of Ostrogothia, right click on portrait and select "Call in Succession Support", then click "Send". That is when it crashes to desktop.

Thanks for the report and the save. I managed to repro the issue from that and will make sure to have it resolved for the next patch.
