Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If an unmarried woman gets pregnant and the father dies during pregnancy, the child is legitimate instead of bastard.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Be unmarried woman ruler
2) take seduction focus
3) fool around till you get pregnant
4) have father die during the pregnancy
5) child is born legitimate without bastard trait

Can also happen if male ruler dies while lover is pregnant.

Yes, very peculiar behaviour. I noticed something else relevant to it today as well.

If as a female satanist, I unholy impregnate myself (while also unmarried), the resulting kid is legitimate and not a bastard, as was the pre-holy fury behaviour. I think it has to do with the fact that these kids are fatherless. Some script messed up during single-parent births.
