Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as petty king of Wessex with agnatic-cognatic primogeniture from Old Gods start. I had changed from agnatic to agnatic-cognatic since I had only two daughters, who were both of my dynasty (of Wessex). After completing the "Introduce heir to realm" event, suddenly both my daughters' dynasty changed to de Paris, which is their mother's dynasty. Their mother and I are in a regular marriage. My eldest daughter remains my heir so I have the "No heir to your dynasty!" and "Title loss on succession" warnings.

I was playing with the mods:
- CK1 Music
- Cadet Dynasties
- Dr Gonzo's Republics Mod
- Invite a local
- No Moral Authority from Paragons of virture

Turning these mods off did not fix the issue. The only mod that you might expect to affect this would be cadet dynasties, but the dynasty did not change to a cadet dynasty, but rather their mother's.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I was playing on Ironman so I cannot re-run the "Introduce heir to realm" event that seemed to trigger the change.
