Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Unable to go on pilgrimage because character busy but should not be. Entered seclusion and few days later got offered council position by liege which pulled whole court out of seclusion but the seclusion modifier never removed. Unable to re-enter seclusion because busy even after leaving councilor job. No other possible modifiers listed on character screen.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Enter seclusion > become councilor for liege > be assigned job by liege > quit councilor position > still acts as if in seclusion with no ability to leave seclusion
