The game crashes while at the Loading Graphics stage of the loading screen. I fixed this same problem before by uninstalling CK2, getting rid of the remaining files, reinstalling, verifying integrity and turning off AVG before playing the first time. The problem was sorted, so I tried to run the game with Sin's Visit Chambers (after reinstalling it from Modbb site) because it shouldn't have needed any files altered from Holy Fury as far as I'm aware. The loading screen failed at loading Graphics again so I gave it up as a bad job and tried to play without any mods until they get updated for the new patch.
Problem is even without any mods active the game still won't run anymore. Hits the same stage of Loading Graphics, then crashes. I've gone through the steps that fixed the problem last time and its not helping. Only difference between then and now is the mods section of the Launcher is showing all my mods but without the boxes to check them as active and the mods folder in Documents/Paradox/CK2/Mods is bizarrely still empty.
