When involved in a crusade against pagan Lithuania for the Kingdom of Estonia, a popup appeared (screenshot attached) where the pope declared that the crusade had failed, and myself (and presumably other participating rulers) lost piety, despite positive warscore in the crusade. A moment later, another popup appeared stating the war had been invalidated since the King of Lithuania had converted to Christianity. I believe that this is an oversight in the new crusade mechanics, where anything other than enforcing demands is interpreted as a loss; outcomes where the defender converts should not be handled as a defeat.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Participate in a crusade that ends inconclusively due to a change in the defender's religion.
