Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I conquer lands using holy war, I usually get counties and the cities & temples they contain.
Now when I tried to give the county to some unlanded character, and I check the box saying give everything under the title to them.
The unlanded character always ends up as an lord mayor, in republican form, even when there are baronies available.
The only way to avoid this is to give them the county only, then give them the cities later, but that results in me having to go through many more clicks.
Sometimes this behaviour even happens when I'm giving entire duchies away, the unlanded character becomes a doux rather than a duke.
Also, minor minor bug, the byzantine artifact that gives a lot of stewardship stuff (quality 4-5?) stops working after reforming the roman empire, an obvious immersion breaker and annoyance.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start at earliest bookmark with Byzantium.
Holy war some Muslim, give county with tickbox to unlanded son. They should end up as republic.
