Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems I have found a bug with the pope. I am an emperor and I want to be crowned.
When I ask the pope, he tells me he will do that when I put the heretics out of Italia.
There is a territory where an heretic got two placements in a county, but it's not the main placement (the main is under the byzantine territory).
When I say yes to the pope, the war begins, ans immediately after it ends telling me that my casus belli is not valid.... So I am blocked.
The malus to the vassals begin to be too high without the crown within the years, so I don't know what to do.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Have an empire
- Have a new emperor
- Have a territory in Italy with some minor emplacements in a county controled by heretics
- Ask the pope to crown you
- Click yes to go to war
- The war ended automatically
