Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Another bug, albeit a minor one. As the title says, some coat of arms from cities have empty black spaces. In particular, two in the Balkans, one in Philippopolis and another in Thrake. Both are additional-made cities (built on the available slots after the game started)

A couple of characters with Byzantine dynasties in Anatolia experiment the same issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I had this issue playing as a custom Byzantine Emperor on the 769 start.

I am also seeing this issue, the Count of Bellinzona in 769, Gaidoald Gaidoaldingi, has a black CoA.
Emblem is set to number 34 out of only 31.

Delete the folder Documents/paradox/ck2/gfx/ and let the game make a new one.

That didn't work. Here is the are in question. Isn't Trace, is the Strymon duchy.

Same issue, also Byzantine Emperor, 769 start date. Any newly landed vassals fly the Black Flag, like we're some kind of pirate collective.
