Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you try to shatter or randomise the world on 1366x768 resolution, the "ok" button is below the bottom edge of the screen due to the long list of options, making it impossible to follow through. I do not believe any of the mods I am using affect this part of the interface.

Launch the game in 1366x768

Update: after reviewing my list of enabled mods, I have concluded that I am, in fact, an idiot, and that this issue was caused by a mod. So it's not a bug after all.
