CK II - [3.0.1][DDYZ] Children's Crusade spawning in wrong area.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So after fully supporting the Children's Crusade and pledging my armies to their cause they get the event that says they slip past Antioch and their armies have arrived near Jerusalem. The war begins but as I look across the area I cant see their armies. I select the war leader and go to his location and they spawned in Pictland. They have no boats and thus no way to get off the island their on. They are all going to slowly die from attrition as I seize the holy land for them.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Children's Crusade begins
pledge full support, Pay for boats, guard his people, back his leadership, and then pledge your troops were the choices I picked for the events.
