I had the notification of "6 Titles Can Be Created". There were 5 Kingdom Titles creatable and one Duchy named "d_dyn_reb_1098042"
I compiled screenshots with the tooltip info, the price for creation, and the history of the Duchy: https://images2.imgbox.com/b8/33/IChPahwC_o.jpg (duplicate ss is also attached as a separate file)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Upon reloading, that title was no longer creatable.
