One line summary of your issue
Child of concubine born after ruler died is lowborn

Game Version
3.0

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My first ruler in Holy Fury died in battle whilst his concubine was pregnant, and I continued as his underage son. When the concubine first gave birth, I didn't pay attention, but I soon noticed that he wasn't appearing in the list of candidates to vote for heir (using elective gavelkind as a pagan). When I checked his page, he was a lowborn. He is still acknowledged as my current characters brother, and his father is listed as my previous ruler, but he is listed as a lowborn.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
To test this I'd assume you would need to get a concubine pregnant, kill off your character, then wait as the next character until the child is born to see if they are lowborn.
