Can't nominate my kids as heirs in an elective system- i am a count. I am married to a countess in her own right- but it is not matrilineal... I can nominate my half brothers, etc...
They are kids I had with my wife.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Marry another countesss- have children with her- can't nominate your kids.
