Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, I tried to revoke the claim of a vassal that had another religion than mine. They refused so war began. From what I can tell others declared war on them and now I can't end the war. Anyways I have them at a 100% warscore and I can't even negotiate peace.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Revoke title from vassal
- Have original vassal die, and heir take over
- have other vassals join their rebellion.
- Fail to negotiate peace at a 100% warscore.

You must own all the land and not have any of his be sieged.

Mayhaps, I find it strange however. You are fighting against your own vassal. Your rebelling vassal get's attacked. You subjugate the vassal, but your land is still under threat. I argue that you should be able to peace out the vassal then deal with the ones attacking you.
