Also another inversing question: shouldn't immortal characters get rid from kinslayer traits in time?
I guess 50 years could be more than enough.
For example:

My character in times of youth accidently (thanks this bug) burn his own daughter so he got kinslayer trait III.
300 years later nobody could remember his daughter or why they hate his beloved ruler for kinslayng but character still has the trait. He survived cancer three times but still one youngster mistake make his life more complex. :)

Your immortal will get kinslayer even if you happen to burn the great-great-great-great-great grandson of your eldest daughter or some similar silliness of relation. This makes it even worse since you check by the blooddrops if someone is kin or not, not by opening the whole family tree to trace back to one of your relatives.... Granted this applies only to immortals but 2 centuries in chances are everyone is related to you in some way.
