Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
According to DD #91 the AI shouldn’t create the kingdom to often (comment of Snow Crystal) but it did in all of my ges now.
Also the duke Berthold starts with duchy Carinthia and Verona. If Verona is primary title boyh use seniority, if Carinthia is they use gavelkind. It was lime this before, but back then it didn’t bug me that much. Now it’s a deal breaker because of the easily created kingdom.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just start the game in 1066 as Berthold amd swith the primary titles.
