Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you play as Genghis Khan in the age of the Mongols bookmark then the event dictating how the preset Chinese invasion in this bookmark will be heavily effected in a negative way.
The event in question is set up to resolve the chinese invasion of that bookmark more often than not in the favour of the mongols if a Borjing dynasty character is on the map. It also typically gives that title to a Borjing dynasty character if there are any on the map but only if Genghis Khan is controlled by the AI.
If a player chooses to play as Genghis Khan (which is incentivised by an achievement and half the point of the bookmark) then the invasion will almost always end in unfavourable resaults that gift the empire of china to some random dynasty character instead of your own and make it impossible for you to launch your own player driven invasion of china due to the status of china being set to unstable if the mongols win.
The only thing that needs to be done to fix this is remove the AI = yes part in the events.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as Genghis Khan in the Age of the Mongols start.
You will be able to check that China is currently being invaded 'by mongols'. After an arbitrary but short amount of time the invasion will resolve itself and more often than not generate a random dynasty character of an Altic culture to take the throne.
If you the AI is in control of Genghis Khan then in the case of mongol victory, the invasion will always be given to a Borjign dynasty character.
