Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some COAs, including dynastic COA and title COA are pure black, due to the emblem value beeing set incorrectly (to my belief)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just loading up the game and looking at the COA

Reportedly caused by a DLC that was only handed out to people attending a gaming convention. Fixed in future patch.

When can we expect a fix? I know it doesnt effect game play but its a real eye sore and its something so simple it cant be that difficult to fix.

I have the same issue, mostly on few bishoprics and some cities around the map. It isn't game breaking, but now that I noticed it, I can't un-notice it and it aggravates me.
