Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Quite simply, the artifact portraits do not appear for special crowns and such. I'm not sure what the issue is, however I've also noticed the early eastern clothing pack makes all eastern portraits break, with their facial features being all over the place. It's not game breaking, but I just got the winged helm and I'd love to actually see it on my character
