Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Liege was at war with England. England sieged the first holding in Paris that belongs to the liege. I was not a participant in the war just a vassal. After the siege an event popped up to inform me the English stole an artefact of mine.

You were a councillor for your liege, making your in game location the capital of your liege. Which meant the items were also at that location.
