Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When attacked by an enemy army that has neutral armies attached to it; the neutral armies participate in the battle even though I am not at war with those armies.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be at war with a nation that is also in another war.
The enemy nation should have called in allies in the other war but not the war you declared. (In my case I de jured for a county while the HRE was being holy wared)
Fight an enemy army that has the allied armies attached.

If it intended that is fine. But when the game displays the 'neutral' armies as neutral they should act as such. If you may have to potentially fight them then they should be marked as an enemy. Oh well.
