One line summary of your issue
[3.1.1] TRIGGER_CLAN_TITLE in Establish Tributary War Tooltip

Game Version

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes, but none that change the checksum or localisation files.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the tooltip for the Establish Tributary CB when declaring war against a nomad enemy as a nomad, several of the effects contain a TRIGGER_CLAN_TITLE that presumably should resolve to a clan name, but does not.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be a nomad and hover over the Establish Tributary CB in the CB selection dialog when declaring a war.

It is very likely that it does not need any further discussion and thus bumping it serves no purpose. If you feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.
