One line summary of your issue
[3.1.1] Congratulated on Seclusion Success by Self

Game Version

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes, but none that affect the checksum.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As a Jain, I was a member of the Jain monastic order (the Sravaka-Samgha) and was given the mission to go into seclusion for meditation. I went into seclusion and while I was in seclusion the Acharya (leader) of the order died and I succeeded them as Acharya.

Once I had completed the secluded meditation mission, I was given a message from MYSELF congratulating me on a completed mission.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Go into secluded meditation as part of a mission for a monastic order, then have all the people ahead of you in the line of succession to the leadership die so that you become the leader of the order. When your mission is completed, you will get a message from yourself (as the leader of the order) congratulating you.

It is very likely that it does not need any further discussion and thus bumping it serves no purpose. If you feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.
