Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing as the Justanid dynasty, as a Zoroastrian. I formed the Kingdom of Daylam and swore fealty to the Abbassids. Years later, my realm had grown, I decided to form an independence faction, and many of the Abbassids' vassals joined me. When I won the war, not only was I independent, as would be expected, many of my vassals were independent from me. It seems to be all the vassals that held any land outside the Kingdom of Daylam. It doesn't make any sense for them to be able to declare independence from me, as they did not fight a war against me to do so.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
As a king, swear fealty to an emperor, then declare independence. Many of your vassals will leave if have land outside of your kingdom.
