I was modding Third party decision.
When I use FROM scope in Third party allow scope, FROM should refer to Decision Taker.
But FROM referred to Decision Target.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. subscribe attached mod and Start a game in christian character
2. Right Click on the pope
3. Click the "request_banish" decision and Select a character as Third party
4. Position the mouse on the "Send" button and watch the "Requirement".
5. When you open my_mod/decisions/bug_report_decisions.txt, You can see FROM referred to Decision Target.
