Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some dynasty shields appear as black, which ones they are appear to be random. I own all 4 portrait packs, but they seem to be mostly from outside portrait packs. Some random examples are Lambertingi, Begonid, Kolovos, von Nassau, de Treviso, and de Monfort.

Some steps I have taken to resolve the issue:

deleting gfx in documents

deleting gfx in documents, steamapps/common, and resizing the window (based on something on Steam from 4 years ago)

disabling the portrait packs

I haven'd done a full reinstall yet, but I doubt that will fix anything. Might try it soon because this bug is starting to get on my nerves as I notice it more and more. Probably will be your first advice anyway. Not sure if this is unique to me or what I screwed up. Actually I will probably do a full reinstall now, will update if that fixes it. Otherwise assume it failed.

Edit: Completely deleted game files in both folders, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted PC, did not fix.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game, click on any of the above dynasties or a few others that I haven't come across yet or didn't feel like listing.

Same problem. It is getting really annoying, because the number of these shields is growing rapidly in my game.
