Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Patch 3.0 changed the requirement for RUSSKAYA_PRAVDA to holding the Empire of Russia, but the Steam description of the achievement still refers to the Kingdom of Russia.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Steam -> CKII -> Achievements
2. Search the page for "Pravda"
It says "As a Russian, hold the Kingdom of Russia." which refers to the old requirement.
