Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Set the game rule to Restricted Dejure Drift so only titles that border each other can drift into each other. Despite that I see titles nowhere near each other drifting into each other - Baden drifts into Duchy of Carinthia, Damascus drifts into Egypt, etc.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play any game, set game rule to restricted dejure drift and transfer duchies to kings and watch it tick forward. Best to start from 25 Dec 1066 and transfer the titles then because you only need to wait a bit for it to happen.
