Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Upon launching of game and loading my last save, the Minor Titles tab in the Council view displayed that two Designated Regents had been assigned and the option of Court Tutor had been removed. I had not assigned anyone to be the Designated Regent. Only thing I remember doing is enabling the auto-assign Commanders option prior to the game being saved. Save was also made just as my ruler had created the Norway kingdom title.
