One line summary of your issue
[3.0][PXTU] Interfaith Marriages (Open) blue on Randomised World after loading Game Rules

Game Version
3.0 PXTU

What expansions do you have installed?

The Reapers Due,
Conclave,
Way of Life,
Sons of Abraham,
The Old Gods,
Legacy of Rome,
Sword of Islam,
Holy Fury

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When following steps to reproduce, the Interfaith Marriages = Open rule stays blue, rather than red while disabling achievements. Issue holds even after changing the Game Rule to a legal one and then to illegal again.

It makes searching for the Game Rule making achievements invalid harder than it needs to be.

My speculation is that loading an illegal Game Rule makes colouring of its validity broken. Sliders and starting dates are probably irrelevant, but I am not able to check it now.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Open a new game (867)
2. Start a new randomised world
2a. All options are on Random, de jure titles are on Random with Duchies
2b. Sliders are default, except for:
Women Rules = 5
Marriage Percentage = 65
Children = 0-3
De Jure Kingdoms = 2-5
De Jure Empires = 2-4
3. Generate a new world
4. Choose a character, open up Game Rules
5. Load a saved Game Rules set
5a. Rule Set is as follows:
Mongol Invasion = Historical
Generate Families = Off
Exclave Independence = Limited
Turkic Conquerors = Historical
Army Movement Lock = On
Siege Assaults = On
Interfaith Marriages = Open
Cultural Title Names = Off
Multiplayer Assasinations = No Players
Multiplayer Invasions = Off
Grant Independence = Limited
Crusader States = Default
6. Error is visible now

Somewhat related, and not with random world in my case, but I have a suspicion that the interfaith marriage rule in general isn't working. I played a full ironman game from 1066 (all game rules default), and I was able to have interfaith marriages all over the place. So either the rule is simply broken, or I seriously misunderstand how it works. My characters were Catholic for the vast majority of the run, but my marriage options often had many pagans and Muslims as valid choices in the list.

Were they nomads? Nomads are always eligible for marriage regardless of religion.
