Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I noticed in a game starting 1170 that in everyone except muslims was shaven. I looked everyehere in the map and all men of every culture and religion (except muslims) were clean shaven.
It may have to do with the fact that in 00_portrait_properties.txt there are modifiers that make men after 1100, 1150 and 1200 have increased odds to be clean shaven (which may have sense for Catholics, and there is a text that mentions frankish, but it doesn't make any distinction and is applied to everyone). These modifiers may make the factor of being clean shaven over 100 (5x15 = 75x30 = 2250) so it is applied by the game to every man. Greeks and Italians even have an additional x30 modifier and Iberians a x15, which makes for this cultures have even a higher factor.
Muslims do not have this problem as they have a special modifier for them that forbids them to be clean shaven ( factor = 0 ).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start a game in the XII century or after year 1200.
2. Look for a bearded man (that is not muslim).
3. There is no one.
