Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Spymaster while seeking for info to blackmail vassals also seeks this info on himself. This is not right...

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I suppose the event is located in
events/job_spymaster.txt
Maybe it is event 9000, but I am not sure. Maybe it could be called from the console (not in Ironman mode)

Don't see any problems there or anywhere to be honest. Stupid question... Are you sure you don't have intrigue focus and spy on your spymaster?

In matter of fact, I do have intrigue focus, which I don't really know well (I played for hundreds of hours yet I almost never choose this focus). Maybe I am spying on spymaster, I don't really know - inherited recently, my character was AI-controlled landed feudal before. But considering the first screenshot, I suppose your are right.
