Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm playing the randomly generated world, animal kingdoms, African pagan. While choosing the successor, the elders view the by far less unqualified member of the dynasty as the opposite, giving her scores for the stats none of which is higher than 5. At the same time, a person who's better in literally anything is perceived as someone completely unqualified.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Don't know how, the succession was working fine until that one specific character matured. Screenshots of both characters and their scores, as well as the save, are attached.
