Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm a duke, with 4 sons of my dynasty. First two are landed with county level titles, so first son is my heir. First Son has only daughters as children, and dies in a plague. Heir shifts to my Second Son. A few months later, First Son's wife gives birth to a son, who becomes my heir upon birth. But his dynasty is that of his mother, despite my Son being listed as his father.
Either my son is not the father, in which case he should not be my heir; or my son is the father, in which case he should be of my dynasty
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Agnatic Primogeniture. Heir has no male children. Heir's Wife is pregnant. Heir dies. Wife becomes regent for her daughter. Wife gives birth to Son. Son becomes heir, but of the wrong dynasty.
