Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
To complete a society mission, I went on a pilgrimage to a saint's tomb. I've had the "On Pilgrimage" modifier, and a regent, for 15 years without any pilgrimage events firing. Mousing over my character portrait shows me ruling in my home county. All actions that require me to not be hiding/secluded/traveling are unavailable.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Accept society mission to go on pilgrimage.
2) Select a saint's tomb as the pilgrimage destination.
3) See that the character remains on pilgrimage forever without any pilgrimage events.
