Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Starting in 1066 as king Stenkil of Sweden it's impossible to nominate his sons to be heirs to the kingdom. They are all unmarried and unlanded and should presumably be available for nomination. One of his sons is however nominated at the start of the game but is ranked last despite a tie in votes.
Hopefully I'm not just missing some rule change in 3.0.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as king Stenkil of Sweden in 1066. His sons will not be available for nomination to be king of Sweden.
